Bellevue is a Village in Brown County, Wisconsin, United States. It was a Town until it incorporated as a Village on February 14, 2003. The Village President & Board of Trustees of Bellevue are responsible for establishing direction and policies for the Village.2828 Office picture

The Village Board meets twice monthly (The second & fourth Wednesdays of every month at 6:30pm at Village Hall.) All residents are encouraged to attend meetings. Agendas and Minutes are posted on our website or are available at the Village Office, 2828 Allouez Ave. Information included in meeting packets is also posted on the website.

The Village Board President is responsible for making appointments to numerous boards/commissions and for chairing the Village Board meetings. The Village Board as a whole is responsible for establishing an annual Village tax rate, approving an annual budget and establishing the general policy direction of the Village.

The Village Board has also adopted a Village of Bellevue Strategic Plan for 2015-2019 to assist in guiding our decision making to achieve our goals and vision for the community. Shown are the five strategic areas of our plan.

As of the Census of 2010, there were 14,570 people and 6,314 households in the Village of Bellevue. The 2016 population estimate for the Village, as reported by the State of Wisconsin, was 15,337. Population projections for the Village estimate a total population of 17,840 will be reached by 2025 and 20,780 by 2040.
