The Ethics Board is a body of five members appointed by the Village
Board. The Ethics Board reviews charges filed against members of the
Village Board or Village employees. The Ethics Board is charged with the
responsibility of investigating matters brought before it and making
findings of fact.
The Ethics Board meets on an as needed basis.
