 2015 Village Owned Agricultural Land Lease Bid

The Village Board recently adopted a new process for utilizing Village owned property for private agricultural purposes.  In order to have the opportunity to farm Village owned property, you must now bid on one or all of the properties you are interested in.  Only individuals that are awarded the bids and have a signed and executed lease will be able to utilize the properties identified in the BID Package.  Individuals found farming Village properties without a signed and executed lease with the Village will be considered to be trespassing.  Please note, an executed lease with an adjacent property owner does not constitute the ability to use Village owned property without a Village lease.

The Village of Bellevue is seeking bids for land that is owned in the Village limits that is available for crop production.  They are DUE back to the Village by FEBRUARY 25, 2015.  More information can be found on the BIDS & RFP's page.
