Get Ready for Construction! CTH GV, TIF District #1 & Costco Wholesale
The area around County Highway GV (Monroe Road) from State Highway 172 to Allouez Avenue is going to be busy with construction very soon. The activity is related to the reconstruction of Monroe Road, infrastructure improvements to TIF District #1 and the construction of the new Costco Wholesale store.

Traffic Control Alterations at Manitowoc Road & Manitowoc Court Intersection
The Village Board passed a resolution on May, 8, 2013 to institute a 90-day traffic control alteration at the intersection of Manitowoc Road and Manitowoc Court.
