A progressive community located within the Green Bay Metropolitan Area, the Village of Bellevue is one of Brown County's fastest growing municipalities with a population of approximately 15,000 residents.
Bellevue is a great place to grow your family, your business and a sense of community.

On October 8th, 2014, the Village Board will hold a public hearing at 6:31 PM to consider changes to the Zoning Ordinance Article XXVIII – Off-Street Parking Regulations as recommended by the Plan Commission. The proposed changes mainly deal with the regulations of parking any kind of trailer (boat, jet ski, camping, utility etc.) or recreational vehicle (RV) on a property located within a residential neighborhood.
A number of questions are up for debate:
• Should the size (length) of trailers/recreational vehicles be regulated within a residential neighborhood?
• Should there be a limit on how many trailers/recreational vehicles can be parked outside on a residential property?
• Where should trailers/recreational vehicles be permitted to be parked/stored and how far should they be setback from an adjacent property line?
Below is a link to the current ordinance and the draft ordinance that will be considered for approval, approval with changes, denial, or referred back to the Plan Commission for further study.
We value your input and encourage everyone who has an opinion on this matter regardless of position submit comments via e-mail to Andrew Vissers
