Biography: Tim was hired by the Village of Bellevue in April 2009 as Bellevue’s first GIS Coordinator. Tim is a Certified Geographic Information Systems Professional (GISP). Prior to coming to Bellevue, Tim previously worked for the Brown County Planning Commission Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO), where he was a Transportation Planner/GIS for 6 years. Tim joined the Village of Bellevue as the GIS Coordinator in 2009 and later became the GIS/IT Manager. Tim’s primary duties are to manage the Village’s Information Technology and Geographic Information Systems operations.
