Currently there are three other ways to register for our programs.
Mail-In:
Mail your completed registration form with payment to: Registration,
Village of Bellevue Leisure Services Department,
2828 Allouez Ave., Green Bay, WI 54311
Walk-In:
Registrations will be accepted in person
Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to
4:30 pm at the Village Offices.
After Hours Drop-Off:
After normal office hours, registration form with payment may be placed in a drop box located next to the front door of the Village Offices at 2828 Allouez Avenue for your convenience.
All registrations are accepted on a first come, first serve basis. If a program has reached its maximum enrollment, a waiting list will be created. For answers to more questions please review our Program Registration FAQs sheet.
Village Residents receive priority registration the first two weeks of registration. After the first two weeks, open enrollment begins and all registrations are accepted on a first come,first serve basis.
