Firefighter Recruitment
The Bellevue Fire Department is accepting applications for paid-on-call firefighters to be placed on an eligibility list. Hiring is based on our current amount of personnel. Full-Time firefighter hiring is done through an internal hiring process when positions are available. Click here for an application
Minnimum Requirements for Paid-on-Call Firefighter
- Minnimum 18 Years old
- Valid State of Wisconsin Drivers License
- Must live within the boundries set by the department
Bellevue Fire will sponsor new hires to obtain required training which includes the following
- Wisconsin State Cetified Firefighter Level 1 and 2
- Hazardous Materials Operations Level
- Emergency Medical Responder
- Driver Operator
