Request for Proposals (RFP): Implementation of Community Development Land Management, Code Enforcement, Planning, and Building Inspection System

The Village of Bellevue, Wisconsin is soliciting proposals for the purpose of obtaining the necessary services for implementing a community development land management, code enforcement, planning and building inspection system. The vendor will provide data migration, implementation, training, and yearly software maintenance and technical support.

Each bidder will be responsible for the timely delivery of their proposal. All proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Village of Bellevue’s Administration Building, marked “Land management, Code Enforcement, Planning, and Building Inspection System Proposal”. The Village will not be responsible for proposals that are mismarked, delayed in the mail, or delivered to the wrong office.
