Purpose: The purpose of the steering committee is to draft ballot language for the November 9, 2010 referendum.  The pupose of the referendum is to determine the Village's future special assessment policy in relation to road and right-of-way improvements. 

On November 9, 2010, Village residents will be asked to decide whether street construction projects should be funded by special assessment or general tax levy.

Membership:  The Village Board will select  residents to the steering committee to assist in drafting the ballot language. 

Meeting Schedule: The steering committee will meet at the Public Safety Building/Village Hall. These meeting dates and location are subject to change, so please contact the Village Offices at (920) 468-5225 to confirm.
