The Department is responsible for a variety of administrative and financial functions for the Village including the following:

  • Budget preparation and management
  • Financial oversight and compliance
  • Payroll and accounting functions
  • Village Board management
  • Human Resources
  • Elections
  • Statutory Clerk-Treasurer duties
