The Village of Bellevue Community Center is located at the former Village Hall site, 1811 Allouez Avenue. The Facility also houses Fire Station #2. The Community Center consists of one large room, maximum capacity 100. It also includes a small, full-service kitchen area. The facility is perfect for your needs whether it is for a baby/bridal shower, birthday party, family reunion or a meeting for any occasion.

The Community Center is available Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00am to 10:00pm. Security deposits are required. There is no rental charge for Bellevue service organizations or youth groups. Reservations will be accepted for the following year starting on October 1st.

2009 Fees

• Village Community Center, $50 deposit
• $75 R/ $94 NR per 1/2 day (max 100 people)
• $120 R / $150 NR per full day (max 100 people)
  *Full day is considered any rental over 7 hours in length

Reservation Policies
Any private citizen (resident or non-resident), non-profit group, private business or corporation, or governmental organization may request a reservation for the use of Village Community Center.

The Village will accept reservation requests for the follow year beginning October 1st.

A security deposit will be charged to all groups renting the facility for keys, equipment, damage and/or cleanup costs. The deposit will be returned after the facility and/or equipment is inspected by Village staff and is found in good condition. The Village will refund the deposit amount by check within thirty (30) days after the last day of the reservation provided the inspection passes successfully.

Consumption, distribution and selling of alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited.
