This page will provide updates, projects and news on happenings in the Community Development Department. Check back often for updates.

• Wal-Mart has received approval to construct an approximately 40,000 square foot addition to their existing store located at 2292 Main Street. Village staff worked with City of Green Bay staff to develop an ordinance and require significant improvements. Construction has commenced on this project and should be completed sometime mid 2010. 
• Construction is continuing on the 60,000 square foot, 2-story Orthopedic Sports Medicine Specialists (affiliated with Bellin Health) facility located on Lime Kiln Road. The facility is expected to open mid 2010. This is the third Bellin related project to be constructed in Bellevue in the last year and a half.
• Dermatology Associates of Wisconsin has finished construction on a new 5,800 facility on Development Drive just south of Hwy. 172 and is now open.
• Globe University has started construction on a 2-story, 32,000 square foot facility located on Development Drive just south of Hwy. 172.  Construction is anticipated to be completed in time for classes to begin in the summer of 2010.
