As the Public Works Director, Bill is responsible for the coordination of all functions of the Public Works Department including administration, motor pool, utilities, streets, and engineering. The Public Works Director is responsible for the supervision of personnel, setting of departmental goals, preparing and administering the department budget and monitoring the overall effectiveness of the department’s programs and activities.
Bill began his employment with the Village of Bellevue in August of 2008.
