Biography: Barb has been with the Village of Bellevue since April of 2000. Prior to working for the Village, Ms. Kopperud was the Building Inspector and Zoning Administrator for the Village of Allouez and the City of Sparta (Monroe County). Ms. Kopperud received her Associate Degree in Architectural/Commercial Design from Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College in Rice Lake, WI.
