Bio:
Craig and his wife Mary Ann have lived in Bellevue for over twenty-one years. They have two adult daughters, Katie and Kristine who were raised in Bellevue.
Craig has the longest tenure of the current Village Board with ten years of service two of which as Village President. He has continued his commitment on the Board because of his strong connection to the Bellevue community and as a way to make a positive contribution to improving the quality of life in Bellevue.
As Village President, Craig also serves as the Chair of the Planning Commission. This position allows him to focus on his interests in planning, economic development, building standards and the overall aesthetics of the community.
Craig has other passions outside of his role with the Village. Craig has a love of fitness and the great outdoors spending time skiing, fishing and gardening.

Bio:
Jill (Brice) Bielinski has lived in Bellevue all her life. She grew up on the corner of Hazen Rd and Allouez Ave where her parents, Jerry and Doris Brice, still live. She watched this community evolve from a sleepy, farming community to a thriving, vibrant village. Jill has been married to her husband, Dave, for 20 years and has lived all that time at 3110 Manitowoc Rd.
Jill was first elected to the office of Town Supervisor in 2000, having had no political experience except involvement in local civic organizations. She remained on the Village Board until 2004, when she decided not to seek re-election at that time. In 2006, she again ran for Village Trustee and was re-elected to a second term in 2008.
Jill is a 1979 graduate of Preble High School and a 1992 graduate of NWTC, where she continued her education as a returning adult. Jill is currently employed at The Elite Group in the Finance Department and also at Quality Asphalt as their bookkeeper.
Jill's biggest hobby is Bellevue! She has been involved with many annual events held by the village. Her other hobbies include traveling, reading, cooking and baking.

Bio:
Kevin Brennan has been a Town Supervisor or Village Trustee in Bellevue since 2001. He originally ran for office to address the issues of water quality and to help usher Bellevue from being a town to becoming a village. He enjoys the privilege of representing the citizens of Bellevue and is always trying to help make Bellevue a better place to live. Current issues that Bellevue faces are keeping taxes low, continued commercial growth, and park and trail development.
Kevin received his bachelors degree in social work from the University of St. Thomas and masters degree in social work from UW-Milwaukee. He is currently employed as a Child Protection Supervisor at Calumet County Human Services.
As a husband and father of three children, Kevin realizes the importance of keeping Bellevue a safe and friendly community. He enjoys spending time with his wife Nancie and their children. His hobbies include running, coaching soccer, and writing children's books.

Steve Soukup and his wife Lisa, along with their son Kyle and daughter Kaitlyn have lived in Bellevue for over nineteen years. He is a graduate of Preble High School and St. Norbert College, where he earned a Bachelors degree in Business Administration. Steve is a business owner in Bellevue.
Steve has served on numerous Boards and Commissions including the Site Plan Review Commission and Park Commission. He has also been an active participant in a number of civic organizations such as the YMCA and the Optimist Club. His service includes Green Bay Public Schools where he has been involved in committees and taskforces covering a wide variety of issues and topics.
Steve's passion is the Bellevue business community. Steve is a member of the Bellevue Business & Professional Association where he is an outspoken advocate for the business community. He is enthusiastic about and actively involved in the recruitment and retention of businesses.

The Village of Bellevue is governed by a five-member Board consisting of a Village President and four (4) Village Trustees. The Village President is elected every three (3) years. The next election for President will be held in 2009. All positions are elected at large. Two Trustees are elected in the even numbered years with the other two Trustees being elected in the odd numbered years. The Village Board is responsible for overseeing all activities and functions of the Village.
