Trees
The forestry division is responsible for caring for and maintaining all publicly owned trees in the Village of Bellevue. Trees located in the Village's right-of-way are property of the Village and permission is required before residents, prune, remove or otherwise perform any maintenance.
Street Tree ProgramThe Village of Bellevue will offer homeowners the opportunity to purchase a tree(s) through the Leisure Services Department; often at significantly lower cost than purchasing and having a tree planted on your own. Trees may only be planted in the Village right-of-way. Homeowners are given a variety of trees to choose from and are allowed to provide some input on their location. The estimated cost of a tree is $120 to $160. If you are interested in participating this fall please submit your request in writing to the Village of Bellevue, 2828 Allouez Avenue, Green Bay, WI 54311. Please include your name, address and phone number. The village will contact you via mail with the cost after tree bids are received. |
