Joel Gregozeski, CPRP - Director of Leisure Services

Joel was hired by the Village of Bellevue in March 2008. Previously, he served as the Senior Program Director for the Green Bay YMCA East Side Branch. In addition, he has served as a Recreation Supervisor for both the City of Green Bay and City of Eau Claire.  Joel received his Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and is a Certified Park and Recreation Professional through the National Recreation and Parks Association.  

Under the general policies and regulations set forth by the Village Administrator, Village Park Commission and Village Board, the Leisure Services Director is responsible for overseeing, directing, and evaluating the programs and operations of the Leisure Services Department.

Lindsey Novak - Recreation Supervisor

Lindsey Novak was appointed as Bellevue's Recreation Supervisor in February 2008. She has worked for the Village as the Recreation Assistant since August 2007. Prior to joining the Village of Bellevue, Lindsey received her Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Health, Physical Education, Recreation & Coaching from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater, graduating with Magna Cum Laude honors.

Mrs. Novak oversees all recreation programming in the Village. She also coordinates youth, adult, and older adult programs and special events, and directly supervises program instructors and seasonal staff members.

Lindsey Novak is very energetic and dedicated to offering a wide variety of activities and special events to residents in Bellevue.
