Winter/Spring 2009 Registration:

Resident registration begins December 1, 2008
Non-Resident registration begins December 15, 2008

Currently there are three other ways to register for our programs.

Mail-In:

Mail your completed registration form with payment to: Registration,
Village of Bellevue Leisure Services Department,
2828 Allouez Ave., Green Bay, WI 54311

Walk-In:

Registrations will be accepted in person
Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to
4:30 pm at the Village Offices. 

After Hours Drop-Off:

After normal office hours, registration form with payment may be placed in a drop box located next to the front door of the Village Offices at 2828 Allouez Avenue for your convenience. 

All registrations are accepted on a first come, first serve basis.  If a program has reached its maximum enrollment, a waiting list will be created.

*Village Residents receive priority registration the first two weeks of registration.  After the first two weeks, open enrollment begins and all registrations are accepted on a first come,first serve basis.
